This appliquéd wool cushion can easily work in many spots – country or city, home or cottage, couch or bedroom. Lots of variety + subtle variations in the woollen fabrics, make it definitely versatile + timeless. Every cushion is designed one at a time, to be one of a kind.
Hearts are hand-cut + uniquely arranged, then carefully sewn in place. With two layers of wool batting tucked inside + dense quilting in the background, the (unquilted) hearts puff out from the surface.
Made with attention to detail + only quality ingredients, this cushion features Jen's hand-dyed wool flannel fabric on the front. Free-hand quilting (doodling with the machine) adds another layer of whimsy and uniqueness.
It's carefully finished with coordinating luxurious (and durable!) chenille velvet on the reverse, an invisible zippered closure (yes, the cover is removable!) + filled with a quality feather-down insert, made here in Ontario. Yes, Canadian made, inside + out!
This cushion was designed + completely handmade by Jen in her home studio located in Orillia, Ontario, Canada.
